Shipping Policy
Processing & Dispatch
- Dispatch Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday, or anytime on Saturday and Sunday, will be processed on the following Monday.
- Tracking Your Order: As soon as your order is packaged, you will receive an automatic email or SMS notification containing your Royal Mail tracking number.
UK Shipping Options & Rates
We offer two flat-rate delivery tiers at checkout via Royal Mail Tracked:

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48)
- Delivery Time: 2–3 business days after dispatch.
- Cost: £3.95 (FREE on all UK orders over £50).

Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24)
- Delivery Time: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
- Cost: £5.95.
Delivery Information & Delays
- Safe Place & Delivery Preferences: Both Royal Mail 24 and 48 are fully tracked. You can use your tracking link to nominate a safe place, select a preferred neighbor, or redirect your delivery if you will not be home.
- Missing or Delayed Parcels: While Royal Mail is highly reliable, occasional delays can happen during peak seasons. If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of receiving your dispatch email, please get in touch so we can investigate.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future.
